Duplicate ID on BT Account

Hello, my BT Account is holding two IDs, with the primary ID being and old account which is disabled. This means I cannot manage any services in BT.com (such as upgrades/ remove of packages). Please can you tell me how to fix?

phone CS 03301234150 and they can help you remove it
