E-mails of bills not coming

I have not been getting e-mails of quarterly bills as I used to. Is there any explanation for this - nothing else has altered.

@fuseman I'm sorry you've not received your bill alerts emails, when you log in to MyBT is the correct email address shown in the your profile section?
