Now that BT have switched my landline to EE (as showing on my DD bank A/c statement) where would I find my online bills?
The final BT bill, found on the BT site, is for January but the DD payments have continued with no bills available to view.
I have not changed provider. BT changed me to EE.
I am not a computer user. My daughter helps me with anything / everything online (including this post).
Thanks, in anticipation.

Re: EE
so are you sure just home phone moved as I would expect your broadband and phone contract have moved to EE. you should have an EE account which you should be able to access online

Re: EE
Yes, my broadband and landline moved to EE. The only way to access the bill is via the app, not found on the website at all. With no app enabled device in the house, there is no access to the bill other than reverting to postal only.

Hi @HammondJJDJ
You should be able to view your bill by logging in on the EE website, it would be at the top right corner with the option to login.
If you need any further help, the EE Community is the best place to ask, https://community.ee.co.uk/.
