I returned the BT equipment on a.7.12.23 and it was received on 9.12.23, however I am still receiving requests from BT to return the equipment?
If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.

Welcome and thanks for your post! I am sorry that you're receiving requests to return the equipment. I understand that you have already sent the equipment back in December. Call the number that @gg30340 has posted above and my colleagues will mark the equipment as returned.
