Help!
I'm leaving BT and have to return equipment. 2 problems -
1. I cannot find in "My Bt" the list of kit to be returned and the associated reference numbers.
2. I have 2 pieces of kit to return (TV Pro Box and Smart Hub) but they've only sent me one return kit. I can't find the reference number in My Bt (as per the above), so I don't know which piece of kit this is for, or is it for both? Can I send the 2 pieces of kit in one return pack?

Hi Neil, (or other member of team)
You were very helpful in assisting me with my equipment returns, however I returned the items in March which I can confirm (via the tracking number QZ448575251GB) were received by yourselves on March 21st.
I am still receiving messages saying you haven't received my kit. I know from previous returns that when the kit is received I would get a confirmation text/email?
As the date of receipt of kit by yourselves was almost 4 weeks ago I am getting a little concerned.
Any help appreciated.
