Equipment returns.

TOOK DELIVERY OF MY EE BOX last week and returned my previous pro box.

I have proof of postage and the tracking says we are holding this item at Scottish Parcel Hub Delivery and we 

have a request not to deliver to this address. We will attempt to deliver as per instructions received, usually next working day.

On checking my account the box I have returned is listed twice and there are 3 boxes listed!!!! I have proof of postage of the return of another box in March 2022 and photographs of all the packages. What is going on?? Only been 

with BT SINCE 1971. I have an engineer coming on the 28th MARCH and I can show him all my evidence if that helps.

On the plus side excellent support from Chris,Paul,Fiona et al in getting my EE BOX (just the one!!) Up and running along with Big Sport and HD. After the 19th I will be with EE for TV and Broadband.

the openreach person who is coming on 28 march will not be interested in your return box problem

Rang BT ,all my returns are now cleared ,the Guide checked the tracking of my returns and problem solved .My transition to EE is also on track. Thanks to Jordan my Guide for his excellent support just now.
