I have been trying to view my BT landline bill and have received the error message TS-0003. When I checked what it meant, it says my IP address is blacklisted. I don’t have BT internet as it does not meet my needs. My internet provider is UK based and they say the issue is not with them and referred me back to BT. Has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved?
Hi @Tess2, sorry you're having this error trying to access your MyBT account.
Check that the browser you're using has been updated to the latest version.
Are you using a VPN? If so try is turning it off and see if that resolves the problem.
Have you tried turning off your broadband router for 10 mins to see if a different IP address is allocated and resolves the error?
