Hi, I've just tried logging into my account and I have received this error message "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment". Any ideas why this is suddenly appearing?

Is this happening both via the BT Website and the BT app? If it is just the BT website you have been trying to login to, have you tried logging in using another browser to see if the issue is resolved when using another browser?
