Have tried to two web chats but they can’t solve it, when am trying to cancel Britbox keep getting this error.

Have you got an end date, as the britbox app is still working and in My BT its still showing as active

Once the cancellation is placed it takes up to 30 days for it to drop off.

Hi the cancellation never worked, Britbox is still showing as active on the account and the error message is still the same.
