Good afternoon
I was aware recently that the free 12month game pass would be expiring, i choose to not auto renew, the pass is on my sons xbox account but since its expired it wont allow me to ‘manage’ the subscription and remove from the account ( keeps loading a blank page) , now my son is unable to sort a new way of playing his paid games online.
any assistance would be appreciated
