We’ve had issues since migrating to full fibre and digital voice, back in 2022. When migrating, our orders kept failing - to the point where we were ringing BT daily for weeks!
Fast forward to now, we recontracted and upgraded our package last weekend - and have experienced issues with failing orders! Duplicate orders, billing system issues, promotion mismatches etc.
On speaking to the last advisor, today, our recontract order has been cancelled. So, we should be back to our original package and out of contract next month - as we are planning to move to Sky.
Please could a moderator get in touch, as it doesn’t look like the recontract order cancellation has been submitted for our broadband and phone (it just mentions EE TV). Ideally, it would be useful if someone could look at our account - to see what is happening!
