Yesterday an installer came out and put the internal and external boxes on the wall but didn't have a ladder big enough to install the fibre from the telegraph pole. He said someone else will come and complete, but nothing today. Who do I call to ensure someone comes out to complete the installation. Thanks for any assistance.
When you ordered the broadband package, what date were you given for completion?
Date was yesterday. The installation person fully expected to do the whole installation but couldn't as he didn't have a long enough ladder. I cannot find any number to call to speak to someone, always end up through to sales who haven't helped.
