Final Bill

I have left BT & my service was transferred to another provider in October & I still haven’t received a final bill. BT have taken a further DD which they weren’t supposed to. I have had an online chat over 2 weeks ago where they said that it was an error there end & they would get the final bill produced but I still haven’t had it & no refund has been issued! Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for postiong about your final bill. You should receive that 7 - 10 days after the account closes. Obviously this hasn't happened here so we'll need to take a look at this for you. Please check your inbox for my message and drop me over the details.
