Any idea when my first bill will be showing on the My BT app, I returned recently and my service went live 3 days ago.
Wierdly when I use the app, my products and account number are showing, yet when i sign in online it states there is no account associated with my ID, very strange. Any help appreciated.
The first bill may be produced about 5 working days after your service started.
If you went live on the 30th, then I would expect a bill around Tuesday.
You should get an email notification telling you about the bill.
