Rather than start a new thread it seems logical to use this existing one.
I've just updated the My BT app & I came across my package details which says I have Complete WiFi.

I originally raised my query as I'd been told by the BT agent that I would get a WiFi disc but never received one & at the time forum replies suggested the disc only comes with Complete WiFi & it wasn't until today I found the email which said I do have a Full Fibre 900 Complete Wi-Fi package.
Would one of the mods be able to check that my package does in fact include Complete Wi-Fi & that I am eligible for a Wi-Fi disk?
I can forward the contract email to them if necessary.
