Hi all
I have a frustrating issue that BT claims to have fixed but they haven't. In the My Details section of My BT, I have set my login email, which states that this is also the email where bills are sent. I changed this months ago and have spent endless amounts of time on online chats with them as the bills keep getting sent to my old email account (a work address that I will no longer have access to after I retire). They also send OTP codes to the email address, so it is very frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Were you able to resolve it?
