Full Fibre Instalation

so ordered fullfibre on 19/4/24got email saying 5 days work outside will be done in 3 days i am still waiting for outside work to be done have now been told it will be end of june possibly later what about full fibre is faster ?

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

What activation date has BT Retail given you for your new broadband package?

Any delays would be down to Openreach, especially if external work needs to be completed. That can take months.

put your address in here , post the survey returns, it looks like this ,

Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG Feed with no anticipated issues.

 

If yours is along the lines of ‘partial DIG’ , then excavation from the jointbox to your house is needed , to get a duct in place for the cabling, this requires notice to the council , possibly footpath closures etc , and it takes time to organise .
