Full Fibre fiasco

Hi. I signed up for full fibre in November 23 the install date was 20th December, the engineer pulled up outside my property, sat there for 10mins and drove off , I instantly received a text saying " sorry you missed your appointment " then I got a revised date of 2nd of January, engineer turned up but couldn't complete the installation as the pole was within 5 meters of a small stream the other side of a wall, he fitted the socket inside the house and grey box outside , I received a text on the 19th of January saying the work was now complete, it wasn't I still had no broadband, nothing at all ! I went outside to see if there was a fibre cable fitted to grey box , nothing ! I walked around the building and they had installed another grey box around the corner on next doors property, to this day no one has come back and sorted this out . I phoned up to cancel the whole agreement. They said I would be charged for the outstanding contract, but I have no broadband . Any suggestions. This is so stressful

Re: Full Fibre fiasco

does your existing phone connection come from a pole or underground into your home?

can you enter phone number and post results including all the notes if phone number does not work then use address
