Full Fibre upgrade order not closed

I had full fibre fitted on the 17th of the November,  However the order still shows as open.

The order still hasn't moved to complete.

How long is it meant to take?

Hi @verkosh, sorry you're still waiting for your order to complete. 

The Full Fibre has been installed and is working I assume?
Did you change over to Digital Voice and if so is this working?

Yes the full fibre was installed and is working fine.

We were changed over to digital voice and everythings working with that as well
