I had full fibre fitted on the 17th of the November, However the order still shows as open.

The Full Fibre has been installed and is working I assume?
Did you change over to Digital Voice and if so is this working?

Yes the full fibre was installed and is working fine.
We were changed over to digital voice and everythings working with that as well
