I ordered full fibre on 5th July, but nobody has been to carry out the external work. I call BT who keep telling me it is going to happen, but nothing does. Is there anything I can do other than wait?
It will be Openreach who do the work, so you will have to wait until they have time, as they deal with lots of other providers, as well as BT Retail.
Does it require a Step 1 Task?
Has someone been out previously to say it requires a Maintenance Dig, Traffic Management, etc?
There’s little chance anyone from Openreach coming out last Friday or today as all but a few S…s have been on Strike over a Pay Dispute.
Civils, aka a Gang of Knuckle Draggers with barely a Brain Cell amongst them.
Basically it’ll be to dig a hole to clear a Blockage, put in Duct, etc.
How long that’ll take depends on different factors.
