I also have a very similar problem - contacted help and they advised me the same re it being added by them and to wait. They also said they processed my reward card request for signing up - still haven't received this either.
This was the last email I received regarding my reward card after speaking to the advisor on help;
When signing in to track the reward, I can see 2 really old accounts (4/5 years old that are no longer used) but not my new one, so unable to access the rewards sections;
Yet I can see my new one on the billing section, and access my bill fine;
