Full fibre upgrade -online

As I'm an existing customer I can upgrade online, can anyone advise how long it takes? Instant? 

Going from 500-900 btw.

Hi @dksglen welcome back to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry, it's not instant. When you're placing the order it will let you know when the upgrade will complete.

Minutes, and no.

I assume you mean the actual upgrade rather than time between ordering and completion.

Yeah, I mean from when i have actually ordered until the upgrade gets sent through and the speed increases.

In that case, it depends on the workload of the staff involved.
