Game pass ultimate page showing “Unable to process your request, please try again”

I’ve recently switched over to BT on the 900 Fibre package and I saw that xbox game pass ultimate was available with the package and when I go to claim it it displays “unable to process your request, please try again”. Anyone able to provide some help with this?
