I bought a Fibre500 plan back in Jan 2024 and was informed by the advisor I don't need to activate my 6mo GamePass Ultimate right away. They explained there was no rush and I could activate at a later date during my time with BT. (Reason for not straight away is I wanted my current GamePass subscription to end)
My GPUltimate subscription just ended and I went onto "Content Partner" section of MyBT, however it wasn't there. I spoke to LiveChat who gave me a number for the Values team. Spoke to an advisor who informed me there is nothing they can do?
Is this right?! I just feel I have been con'd by BT. GPUltimate is expensive and I have been misinformed and BT want to take no acceptance for their mistake misinforming me because they can't get it back on my account?
