Games Pass Activation Code

Hello

I have the Xbox Games Pass added on my account. I have an email from BT confirming my pass is ready, but I haven't got an activation code, so when I go to my Microsoft account there's no way of activating the pass. I have looked on my BT account and cannot find an activation code anywhere. Can someone please help me find a way to activate the pass with Microsoft?
