Does anyone know that the 'Unbeatable latency' figures actualy are?

Ive looked at all the dropdown menus on the gaming broadband page but theres nothing

No ISP can guarantee latency figures, as a large proportion of the sources of problems will be outside their network and beyond their control.

As others have stated your base ping is what it is. There are routers however that can show you the servers and you can then pick a server with the best connection rates rather than the game picking a random server.
