Gift your discount for broadband

I have broadband but it in my partners name can I gift my discount to my partner so we get the discount ?  
If so how can I do it

it was for are broadband.

As are broadband is in my partners name and we can’t change the name on the account until are contact is up

This is a BT retail forum.

You need to contact Openreach Human Resources and ask them about the Staff discount and what you can and can not do with it.
