Hi. I recenty took out a new install of BT Fibre. I think I have requested to obtain my £100 Virtual rewards card but cannot see any reference to it when I login to MyBT. I emailed the company purecard.com but they dont appear to have receive the request from BT for this. Can you help ?
I think part of the issue is that I have two separate account Id's with BT on the same BT id.
