Help claiming BT reward card

Hi guys

I’ve recently joined BT with fibre broadband

with the offer came a £120 reward card

I’ve received the email to confirm I can claim the card but after clicking in the link in the email nothing happens? Has this happened to anyone else? If so…how did you manage to claim the gift please?

Good morning @djbkrat3, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're having problems claiming the reward card. If you log in on this link with your BT ID details can you claim your reward card?
