Home Essentials 2 - Full Fibre now available

Hi,

I am currently on the FTTC Home Essentials 2 package, and have just had notification that FTTP Full Fibre is now available at my address.  Is it possible to move my Home Essentials 2 package to Full Fibre now that it's available?

Hi @brisycom thanks for posting, no that's not possible. You'll only be offered full fibre when placing a broadband upgrade order.
