I am unable to message you direct as my message function has disappeared?

As per our phone conversation earlier, I now have available the email address which is associated with the Xbox account. 
Could you please call or private message me (hopefully that will let me access my messages again) in order for me to send you the email address.

@PaddyB I got this picked up by your support team and got this e-mail at some point 

"We've stopped your monthly subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but you'll still be able to use it until 12 Jun 2023."

When I go to my XBOX Account I still see it managed by EE/BT:

When can I expect this to get back under my control?

Hi @djbitz, the account should pass back to microsoft within 24hrs of the expiry of your game pass.

Have you tried to redeem a pre-paid voucher for Xbox ultimate at redeem.microsoft.com?

If not please try this and let me know if it allows you to claim back your account from BT.

Hi @JohnC2 , same error as before when I try redeeming:

I can only assume that `ConversionBlockedSyndicated` means just that. The account is syndicated to/by another entity.
