Just be aware that even when you are contacted, the wait for a resolution will be over a week at least. You may wish to make other arrangements to play Game Pass games as I am now incapable of doing so owing to this error on BT's part.

I am sorry that this is ongoing and I'm sorry that you weren't able to send private messages.
After checking David's latest update I can see that the Microsoft team, within BT, have provided an update. They are hopeful that it will be fixed within a week. They have another call directly with Microsoft on Monday 3rd July and hope that it will be fixed on that date.
With your private messages, I've been able to get them working for you. You should now be able to send and reply to private messages.
