just returned to BT after a nightmare 2 years with Virgin. I am trying to log into my new account to claim an Xbox pass that came part of the package however when I log in it takes me to my old account. I have tried deleting this but I’m unable to can someone please help me
Hi, @Foxy1251 welcome to the community, I'm sorry you're having issues claiming your Xbox game pass.
I can help you get this sorted, sometimes the easiest way is to delete the BT ID so it can be set up with only the new account details. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team.
