I used to have a BT account but closed it when I moved house. I have now had a new line installed where I am now living but can’t connect this new number to my BT account. If I choose add product it just wants me to order a new landline.

Hi, @Pgniblett Thanks for posting, I presume you want to add your new account details to your existing BT ID?
Login to your MyBT account on a web browser. Click Your details, then Account. On that webpage, there you'll see the option to Add an Account.
