I have profound loss of hearing and find phone calls impossible.
I had written to BT complaining about my broadband charges and specifically told them not to call me as I would not be able to answer and asked them to write to me but despite that they still keep phoning me.
What should I do now?

Hello sakoni, I sympathise with you greatly, as I too have a hearing impairment and find phonecalls esp to call centres very difficult. I suppose the only thing I can suggest, other than help from this Community or email, would be to may befind a friend or relative who could make a call on your behalf to BT and explain your difficulty with communication other than written.
