I've recently come back to BT after a gap of almost 4 years. On my BT it keep defaulting to my previous account - just had a delivery made at my previous address 250 miles away. God knows who's living there now.
Does anyone know how to delete the previous account?
I have BT broadband/landline/digital voice/BT TV.

I am sorry for the mix up with your address. I'm not sure how that delivery would have happened. Something we'll definitely need to look into further.

That's the duplicate accounts removed now. There's only the new account on there now moving forward 🙂
