I yesterday ordered FTTP broadband (via EE) and have just found that I have a old closed account (elderly uncle's account) linked to my email address and therefore MyBT shows me that I have two accounts. How can I remove the link between the old closed account and my new account opened yesterday so I only have the one account showing?
