How do I remove an old account from MyBT?

How do I remove an old account from MyBT.

I've seen this question asked many times, but the resolution doesn't appear in this forum.

At the moment, I can't activate Discovery+ as the MyBT login defaults to the old account at login, which has no products associated with it?

Hi @karhar,

Thanks for taking the time to join our Community.

To remove an account you will need someone from BT to do it. I'm a moderator for BT so I'll arrange to get this removed for you.

To confirm, I have removed that old account for you which should allow you to activate your Discovery+ with your current active account.
