How do I remove an old account from MyBT.
I've seen this question asked many times, but the resolution doesn't appear in this forum.
At the moment, I can't activate Discovery+ as the MyBT login defaults to the old account at login, which has no products associated with it?

To remove an account you will need someone from BT to do it. I'm a moderator for BT so I'll arrange to get this removed for you.
