How to return my BT router

My BT contract ended yesterday. I need to return my router but I can't find any link in myBT account.

How can I request a returns package?

Thanks for the quick response. I'm not sure why BT make life so complicated. BT should automatically send out a returns package. Alternatively, it is ever so easy to put a link on the website for people to request a returns package. The last time I phoned that number I was hanging on for one and a half hours. No wonder the line is always busy.

Hi @awhale returns packaging is posted out automatically within a week of your BT services stopping.
