I am managing my father's BT account as part of probate and am receiving monthly SMS text messages telling me the latest bill is ready. How do I stop this please?
There is no link in the text announcing a new bill is available to change preferences. Altering the marketing preferences won't impact this notification about a bill surely?

Are you looking to keep the phone active and ust stop these alerts, or are you wanting to cancel the line?

My brother and I as executors are occasionally staying in the house so wanting to keep the broadband connected until the house is sold (it is currently on the market).
There is a further complication that I forgot to mention that I am managing the account alongside my own Broadband account.
It is only the text alerts about the monthly bill that I am wanting to cancel but not any other alerts about my own account.

The Customer Support team have access to the account and will be able to check to see if this is possible, @webbnc38
I'm not aware of a way to stop bill notifications, but if there is a way, they'll be able to find it.
