How to unlink/unbind BT from xbox gamepass/app

Hiya, basically my sub has expired with BT but it still says that its bound to BT and i just need it unbound so i can access and manage the account freely. 

Been at this for months with BT support on phone and was told coming here would help a faster resolution

My gamertage is Chaos Prime

Same issue and neither the chat nor phone lines will help me. I’m no longer a BT customer yet they have my Xbox held at ransom. Yet another Ombudsman complaint it seems.
