I have had enough of Sky and the fact that their broadband and customer service is absolutely intolerable. And I thought why not try BT as they have the so called Hybrid Connect which is something at Sky simply don't do. Well not for me at least. Any way, I go to the BT website to try to arrange switching to BT. yet when I do, all I ever get is following after inputting my details.

So ok, I have not used BT for a few years but I have an account with them as I moved into my brothers house when he passed away. I told BT and for some reason even though my brother is dead, they still have him as the account holder and me only as the account manager. So I click on the button that says I should be the account holder and I keep getting this following error message.

So is it also BT stating that they also do not want my custom? I feel like it is. Now who else does unbreakable wifi?🤔
You should just apply as new customer as previous account will have ceased and you only appear to be account manager
