Just wondered if there was help available. I cant use my free xbox game pass. I just keep getting an error message and told to try again.

Have you already claimed the pass or are you getting the error message when you attempt to claim it through your MyBT now?
If it's the latter, can you call our Customer Services team on 03301234150, option 1 then option 1 again? They should be able to raise a form to our internal Xbox team who will issue you with an Xbox game pass to your email afterwards.
