I'm registered blind - how do you talk to BT after 9pm

Hello,

 

How do you talk to BT after 9pm as tech support and orders hang up at 9pmwhen dialing 150?

BT have stuffed my order up for the fourth time since I placed it August 11th.

My order should have had August23rd:

Digital Voice with my existing BT number ported  - sorry we forgot to mention we cannot port your number until your gfast account ceases as you need a new account to order fttp which is blocking this process.

NowTV - none of my channels work on sd or hd but I've been paying for them since Aug 23rd as sorry we registered your now account against the wrong email.

Tnt sports with HD- only works on  sd but I have the HD Bolt on.

I have no phone line as the number port has knocked out my digital voice and no one at bt is available to help as its not between 8am and 9pm.

 

How do I speak to tech support or the ordrrsteamasthis is not acceptable.
