Good Evening,
My nana has been moved to a care home which the property the phone line is billed from will be vacated and the keys handed in on the 10th of September, and I am needing to close the account and pay anything outstanding, she doesnt have the mental capability to do this so as her grandson I have took over and am needing to get this closed to make sure all loose ends are tied up, can anyone help me with this process of where I will need to go.
