Hello , I returned my smart hub 2 and my wifi disc but i got a email saying i returned the wifi disc and will receive a refund for it. I called 0800 800 150 to tell them about the issue and they marked it as returned instead of charged refunded which meant i did not receive the refund for the item. What should i do? Can someone please help

Hi @varmi_03, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
Check out How to return and recycle your BT equipment for free | BT Help and the section 'You can still return equipment after you're charged'. It says 'We'll credit you the full amount back to your account if you return equipment to us within 2 years.'
Call again to customer services and I'm sure they sort the refund for you. Post back and let us know how you got on.
