I’ve sent both boxes back and I am being charged

Go to solution

I was sent bt box that did not work and had problems which I think was no one’s fault but in the end had to be sent back and replaced with a new one. I already had a bt box before which I had  cancelled and also had to be sent back. Due to only having one package to send the boxes back I put both of them in one and sent them off. I’ve only just noticed on my emails that they’re trying to charge me £144 for not sending it back even though they have been sent back
