Incorrect address registered with OpenReach

Openreach has the wrong address for my phone line / broadband installation.

The property was renovated a number of years ago and when the line was installed it was linked to the wrong address.

I have contacted both BT and Openreach (a number of times) to try to resolve this but to no avail. I was hoping a moderator could
 check this for me please and raise an ORDI for me if its still incorrect? 

I'm a BT Retail customer and the correct address is on the UK Postcode database.

Hey @aedgeley,

I am happy to let you know that everything on both BT and Openreach's end have been updated for you.

The installation address has been corrected to the address that you shared with me privately.

I'll close off the complaint that I raised for you but if you ever need help in the future, please drop me a line.
