Openreach has the wrong address for my phone line / broadband installation.
The property was renovated a number of years ago and when the line was installed it was linked to the wrong address.
I have contacted both BT and Openreach (a number of times) to try to resolve this but to no avail. I was hoping a moderator could check this for me please and raise an ORDI for me if its still incorrect?
I'm a BT Retail customer and the correct address is on the UK Postcode database.

The installation address has been corrected to the address that you shared with me privately.
