Installation no show

Return to BT becoming a chore.

Wed 28th FTTP installation engineer no show for am appointment, help desk confirms running late and will arrive by 6pm, but another no show. Help desk says he might arrive by 7pm as it’s still light!
7.30 pm help desk says call next day as OR now closed.

Thursday 29th 8am call, and help desk assures install will be 1 to 6pm, but then text from OR says not coming and to re arrange after April 14th ( my Virgin service disconnects this Saturday and cannot be extended without re contracting). No show number 3

Another call to help desk and I now have a confirmed expedited installation on Saturday 1st April,.

I was really looking forward to returning to BT, but now feeing very let down, and Saturday is April Fools day, so will OR arrive ?
